We offer Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans. All subscriptions are intended to work while your project is running and while our service remains operational. We strive to provide reliable service, but like all technology, absolute guarantees are not possible.
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of our business/service, not an unlimited guarantee for all time. This plan provides access for as long as Web2APK Pro continues to operate and can reasonably support the service.
While we work hard to keep uptime high, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, or events beyond our control (e.g., hosting failures, network issues, regulatory actions, natural disasters).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web2APK Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including any loss of data, business, or profits.
By purchasing a plan, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase. Use of the service is subject to our general terms and policies.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our service or applicable laws. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this policy or your use of the service shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If not resolved within a reasonable time, such dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, and governed by the laws applicable there.
You agree that disputes will be brought on an individual basis only and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. You further waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of the service or this policy.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Web2APK Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or violation of this policy.
If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
